Up to 900 standing audience. All ages venue, separate licensed bar area.

DRESSING ROOMS
One with shower and toilette, directly next to stage. Second room one floor down for opening acts.

20 meter flat push to elevator,
15 meter push to upstage ramp.

PARKING
Side of the building, room for two tourbuses with trailer. Schuko type electricity(16A) available.

MERCHANDISE
One stand in the lobby, no concession fee. House will appreciate any samples for their collections.

Own restaurant, fully licensed
with terrace by the water.
